Your Role

As a recruiter working with Catalyst Acceleration, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Screening Process:

Guide candidates through the intake process, ensuring they understand the requirements and benefits of the O-1A visa program.

AI strategy

Earn Per Candidate:

Receive $50 for each successful applicant who fills out the candidate sheet and pays the administrative fee.

Commission-Based Compensation

This is a commission-based contracting opportunity. The more candidates you successfully refer who complete the immigration process, the more you earn!
